DIVERSITY, EQUITY & INCLUSION
Bring your whole self to work
At ActiveCampaign, we welcome diverse perspectives, identities, and experiences to build an inclusive, innovative, and global community.
Employee Resource Groups
Our eight employee-led ERGs support community engagement for employees of similar identities and shared lived experiences. They are a driving force for effecting organizational change, fostering relationships and mentorship, and cultivate our culture of inclusion.
Guest Speaker Series
We host a regular guest speaker series, ActivePerspectives, to bring unique voices and perspectives to the team and discuss topics related to our values.

Our DEI Learning Pathway encourages everyone at ActiveCampaign to show up every day asking themselves, “What can I do to foster a culture of belonging?”
All new employees participate in an inclusion-focused onboarding experience, and we require all managers to complete a series of interactive training focused on justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion.
All employees have access to a library of resources that builds knowledge, drives action, and creates meaningful dialogue related to DEI at ActiveCampaign.
