Employee Resource Groups
Our eight employee-led ERGs support community engagement for employees of similar identities and shared lived experiences.
They are a driving force for effecting organizational change, fostering relationships and mentorship, and cultivate our culture of inclusion.

All employees have access to a library of resources that builds knowledge, drives action, and creates meaningful dialogue related to DEI at ActiveCampaign.
