There are two different ways to integrate with ActiveCamapign

  • FuseDesk for ActiveCampaign Automations: Easily create a new FuseDesk Case right from ActiveCampaign by using FuseDesk's native app from the Actions section in an Automation. Setup your trigger and your case will be created assigned to the right team member in the right department!

  • FuseDesk Help Desk and Messaging Platform: Leverage the power of FuseDesk's deep ActiveCampaign integration to view your contacts right on cases and chats in FuseDesk, save all FuseDesk case activity back to their contact record in ActiveCampaign, and more.

FuseDesk for ActiveCampaign Automations:

  • Create FuseDesk Cases with Ease: Use the Create FuseDesk Case action to create a case directly in FuseDesk from an ActiveCampaign Automation. Follow up on leads. Convert more prospects. Delight your customers.

  • Personalize Your FuseDesk Cases: Easily personalize your FuseDesk cases with ActiveCampaign contact merge fields like name, email, phone, custom fields, and more. Provide your team with the right information to convert more prospects and delight your customers.

  • Tag Your FuseDesk Cases from ActiveCampaign: Organization and Automation. Not only can you assign each case you create to the right department and the right rep in FuseDesk, but you can assign tags to your FuseDesk Cases right from ActiveCampaign.

  • How to integrate: From within Automations, click the + sign to Add a New Action, then click CX Apps in the left panel.

FuseDesk easily imports your ActiveCampaign “Saved Responses” as FuseDesk Email Templates and empowers your team to use all of your ActiveCampaign merge fields and custom fields in your FuseDesk email and note templates.
