Sometimes the best way to know if a deal is ready to move on to the next stage is for the deal owner to make the call. This automation recipe does just that. This is a great way to follow up on a completed task.

This automation sends a notification email to the deal owner with the deal’s information and asks the owner to review the deal and see if it’s ready to move forward in your pipeline. This is triggered by a task being completed. Feel free to add more actions to align this even further with your unique sales process.

Here’s how Review Deal Record When Task is Completed works:

1. The automation is triggered when a task is completed.

2. The contact moves to a notification email step and an email is sent to the deal owner asking them to review the deal record.

3. The contact exits the automation.

Note: While we have the trigger being activated on any task being completed, you may want to segment this to only certain tasks or outcomes.
