What your day could consist of:
Lead the company’s core financial processes including long-range and annual operating plans, periodic forecast updates and ongoing financial and key operating metric performance reporting for monthly executive Business Reviews and quarterly Board MeetingsDevelop and maintain strong relationships with key business and functional leaders across the Company to ensure awareness of key business activities and performance trends as well as emerging opportunities and risksPartner with CFO to develop and own driver-based strategic planning model to facilitate decision making for key company initiatives, striking the right balance between model accuracy, flexibility and comprehensivenessLead a high performing team with a focus on attracting, developing, and retaining top finance talent that can scale with company growthEnsure practical communication of complex financial concepts to various stakeholders across the Company to improve financial literacy and business decision making processesResponsible for enhancing and scaling the systems, processes, and internal controls to ensure financial discipline and the integrity of dataProvide modeling and analytical support for ad-hoc strategic projectsWhat is needed:
Working knowledge of SaaS business with payments is highly preferredExperience leading a FP&A organization of a fast-growing company that has experienced growth ideally north of $300M+ in revenuesProven experience in creating real-time reporting, forecasting, and actionable KPI’s, leveraging sophisticated financial systems and modelingSkilled in financial analysis, detail-oriented, and proficient in building and using complicated data sources, financial modeling, data analytics, and multi-year projectionsStrong problem-solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses from numerous sourcesDynamic leader with a history of attracting, retaining, and developing top finance talent and effectively leading and scaling teamsExperience with ERP and/or planning tool deployments preferredPrior experience working in private and public company environments; IPO experience preferredBachelor's degree required, MBA preferredResults-oriented with a strong work ethic.
