ActiveCampaign has a very extensive help center, I would recommend spending time reading those resources before diving in. I would also encourage any new users to make the most of the small but powerful functionality ActiveCampaign has like adding tag descriptions, labeling automations, etc. that will make the tool so much easier to navigate once you’ve built many automations!
