My business is online dog training and coaching for owners who are struggling, specifically with the Dachshund breed. Current business goals are to raise awareness, educate owners on modern training methods, reduce the number of Dachshunds in rescue, and change legislation.
In a very clunky way, I was using written notes to start, then MailChimp, before finding ActiveCampaign.
By having a clear process in place being able to create personalized emails, campaigns, or selling products through a sequence, builds the trust element of the business, therefore, allowing more time to work on other areas.
Building the base of contacts that work through Zapier and are placed in specific areas to make locating and contacting much easier.
