Getting started tips
I would recommend hiring someone who can help get your ActiveCampaign automations set up properly. It’s much faster to hire someone to build it right than to troubleshoot your automations that are running.
Most of my automations involve using Zapier to pass details from other apps into the contact notes and/or user fields. This is VERY helpful for using the light CRM / Deals section so that all the details of a deal can be easily passed from a survey form on a website into a deal in the CRM. I also like how there is a stream of activity per contact that is easy to identify what is going on, and troubleshoot if automations get out of hand.
