Highly Engaged Tagging

What can a highly engaged contact mean?

Not only does it indicate the contacts who have helped make your business successful and what it is today, but this group is typically the first to give a positive review, testimonial, opt into your new programs, and want to be part of your story. Once you've identified this group, tag them so you can send messaging and offers directly to them.

This automation is triggered when the contact's engagement score exceeds your specified threshold. The contact then has a "Highly engaged" tag added. Import all the recipes in our Highly Engaged Tagging automation recipe series to set up a great system using scoring.

Here's how this automation works:
1. The contact enters the automation when their score for engagement exceeds the specified threshold.
2. The contact reached an add tag action that adds a "Highly Engaged" tag.

Note: You will need to build a score for engagement in the Manage Scoring section of your account before importing this automation.

Note: Choose the threshold you would like the contact to have to cross to be considered "Highly Engaged". In our example, we have the trigger set to above 74.
