Here’s how PandaDoc: Send Document When Stage Changes works:

1. The contact enters the automation when their deal reaches the specified stage in your pipeline.
2. The contact then arrives at a Create PandaDoc Document step, sending off a message for them to sign the specified document.
3. The automation ends.

Note: You will connect your ActiveCampaign account and PandaDoc account within the automation and set up the parameters of what document is being signed.
