The loan renewal reminder automation is designed to notify a customer of their loan expiry, one month prior. This automation ensures you have effective loan reminder communications in place, leading to more business, and less churn. The reminder sequence can utilise a standard ActiveCampign SMS, or custom sender ID SMS if outside North America. It can be combined with the VYBRNT SMS plugin to send the SMS from a custom sender ID.
