Postmark: Order Confirmation

You’ve got great marketing ads. Your check out process is clear and drives lots of conversions. You’ve got your bases covered, right? Not yet! You need an order confirmation! Once your contact makes a purchase, send them a quick email confirming their order and setting expectations of when they can expect it to arrive.

This automation sends out an order confirmation email once a purchase has been made. Before importing this recipe, you’ll need to integrate your Postmark account, integrate your chosen eCommerce platform, and design your campaign in the Templates section of ActiveCampaign.


Here’s how Postmark: Order Confirmation works:
1. Your contact enters the automation when they’ve made a purchase from your connected eCommerce platform.
2. The contact arrives at a “Send a transactional email” step and is sent a transactional email.
3. The contact exits the automation.
