Healthcare: Interest Based Marketing Segmentation

Contacts respond best to information they feel pertains to them, so why not segment them by this information?

When a contact submits your form to find out more about your healthcare services, capture what they are interested in and add them to the appropriate lists. This allows you to drive higher engagement by ensuring the contacts are receiving information they are seeking out.

This automation is triggered when your contact submits your form to find out more about your services. The contact then goes through a series of If/Else and is subscribed to all the lists pertaining to their selections.

Here's how this automation works:

1. The contact enters the automation when they submit your form.

2. The contact arrives at an If/Else action checking if they expressed interest in your first service.

3. If they did, they go down the Yes path and are subscribed to the corresponding list and then a go to action sends them to the No path to continue down the automation.

4. If they didn't, they continue down the No path and arrive at another If/Else action checking for the second service offered.

5. If they did, they go down the Yes path and are subscribed to the corresponding list and then a go to action sends them to the No path to continue down the automation.

6. If they didn't, they continue down the No path and arrive at another If/Else action checking for the third service offered.

7. If they did, they go down the Yes path and are subscribed to the corresponding list.

8. If they didn't, they go down the No path and exit the automation.

Note: The conditions in the If/Else actions and the lists are examples. Feel free to adjust them to the actual services offered and corresponding lists.
