Once a contact signs up for your event or webinar, it’s common courtesy to send a small email confirming their attendance and including the need to know information for the event, such as the date and location. ActiveCampaign’s integrations with Postmark and Hopin makes this a breeze.
This automation is triggered when a contact is added to the list generated by Hopin for your upcoming event. They’re then sent a transactional email via Postmark. Before importing this recipe, you’ll need to integrate your Postmark and Hopin accounts and design your campaign in the Templates section of ActiveCampaign.
Here’s how Hopin: Event Registration Confirmation works:
1, The contact enters the automation when they submit your event RSVP form.
2. The contact waits for five minutes at a wait step
3. The contact arrives at a “Send a transactional email” step and is sent a transactional email.
4. The contact exits the automation.
