Record past activities of reviewers for retargeted campaigns
When a new review is submitted, Judge.me will send the following information to ActiveCampaign as custom fields:
- Judge.me Review Body: Content of the review
- Judge.me Review Title: Title of the review
- Judge.me Review Rating: Rating number of the review
- Judge.me Review Product Title: Title of the product
Users can create segments from these custom fields and send retargeted campaigns. For example, a campaign to a segment of customers who submitted 5-star reviews.
Create new contacts based on reviewer's information
If the reviewer is not on your ActiveCampaign subscriber list, Judge.me will create a new account with the email and information of the review submitted.
