A contact is a person or company saved in your account with an email address, phone number, or other identifying information.
When we calculate your contact limit, we only count active contacts—those subscribed to at least one list. Each active contact is counted once, no matter how many lists they’re on.
Unconfirmed and bounced contacts do not count toward your limit and cannot receive campaign emails. Unsubscribed contacts only count if they remain subscribed to at least one list.
