When's the best time to start tracking potential deals?

The answer is from the very beginning. Keeping track of what qualifying actions contacts are taking is vital to your sales team. Offering a piece of gated content is a great way to let contacts opt-in and let you know what matters to them. Combining these two processes allows you to make the most out of your automations.

This automation uses Nimble's robust integration with Activecampaign to create a deal for a contact when they submit your form to receive your gated content. A message is also sent to provide a copy of the gated content and welcome the contact to your list.

Here's how this automation works:

1. The contact enters the automation when they submit your form to receive your opt-in incentive

2. The contact reaches a Send Email step that sends the gated content to them.

3. The contact arrives at a Nimble CX App action and a record is created or updated for them.

Note: In our example, we use a gated content subscription form and assume the deal is created for the first time. Feel free to adjust these conditions to work for your situation and add the deal to the field group in Nimble that you want.
