Part 1 — 30/60/90 Day Email Engagement (Tag Based)

Import now
Built by Greg Getner

This automation will dynamically segment your contact based on the recency in which they've engaged with your emails. It will tag users based on if they've engaged in the last 30 days, 60 days, 90 days, or beyond 90 days.

Currently Active Campaign does not let you segment your email engagement in this way, so I designed this automation as a workaround solution.

Part 1 will add and remove tags as needed

Part 2 will act as the countdown trigger

This also works well with my Sunset Inactive Subscribers automation so that when a non customer disengages with your email program, you can send them a final email and then remove them from your list if they continue to stay unengaged (optional).

WHEN TO USE THIS

This is useful for campaign sends to make sure you're sending to your most engaged audiences.

You can test performance of these different segments.

It also works well with my sunset inactive subscribers automation to keep your list clean.
