Payments failing are a real pain, for you and your customers. If your customers don’t know the payment failed quickly, then they’re left waiting for a product that’s not coming. Sending a prompt payment failed email with a link allows the contact to adjust their payment method and save the sale.
This automation is triggered when a “payment failed” event is received from Mollie. The contact is then sent an email from Postmark. Before importing this recipe, you’ll need to integrate your Postmark account, integrate your Mollie account, and design your email campaign in the Templates section of ActiveCampaign.
Here’s how Postmark + Mollie: Payment Failed Notification works:
1. The contact enters the automation when a “payment failed” notification is sent from Mollie.
2. The contact arrives at a “Send a transactional email” step and is sent a transactional email.
3. The contact exits the automation.
