Have you ever thought of automating "Yes"?
Letting someone know their work has been approved is an exciting time! You want the personal touch of letting them know and explaining what the process will look like. But with so many moving parts, you don't want the contact waiting around nervously until you have time to reach out and let them know they've been approved. What if you could automate both?
With this automation, the contact is sent an automated email letting them know their work has been approved and congratulating them, once they have been moved to the proper stage in your pipeline. A task is then created for the deal owner to reach out personally to let the contact know the process and get it started.
Here's how this automation works:
1. The contact enters the automation when a deal of theirs is moved to the "Approved", or similar, stage in your pipeline.
2. The contact is sent an email letting them know their work is approved for publication.
3. The contact reaches an add task action and a task for the deal owner to reach out personally to the contact is created.
Note: This automation assumes you are using the CRM as a way to track submissions. If you are not, feel free to adjust this trigger to however you denote an approved submission. You could then adjust the add task action to a notify action.
