This week’s top customer requests, UI updates, navigation enhancements, and performance improvements include: the CRM, ecommerce activity, and Conversations. Look for the following updates:
- CRM Deal Names will now show immediately after creating a Task
- CRM Deal Task Date Picker will default to the current year
- A bug was squashed where some users could not filter “All Ecommerce Activity” within contact record
- Resellers with a custom footer using Conversations saw the custom footer not rendering correctly. This fix temporarily removes the custom footer from the chatbot builder page.
